Yesterday I participated at the running club TG Viktoria’s interval training at Sportanlage Süd. I ran together with a man called Kim which I knew since before had the same speed as me. We ran 500 meters (that is 1 lap plus 100 meters) and we had a speed that we finished each 500 meter on approximately 2 minutes. After we ran 500 meters, we jogged slowly 100 meters. 3 times 500 meters (fast) and 100 meters (slowly) was one set. After each sets, we had a two minutes pause. We ran five sets, the fastest lap (was the very last lap, on 1:56 minutes and the slowest lap was 2:04 minutes). That was a really good training.
