Conclusion of preparations

Preparation of things. The weather fore cast says rain even though it didn’t rain today although it “should have”. The train departures to Kissing, it is possible to bike to Kissing, it takes around 40-45 minutes in a “normal” speed. I might need to start to bike at ≈ 8:30 or 8:45 a.m. It is possible to shower there. The start time is 10 a.m. I have prepared with a lot of carbohydrates some days ago. Today I biked to Kissing and walked one lap of the track. One lap is 7 km, one need to run three laps. It is 50% asphalt and 50% gravel. The first part of the track – along the rail road – is quite boring.


Potato loaf (kartoffelbrot)

KartoffelbrotRewe, the supermarket at Viktoriastrasse, next to Augsburg train station has a really nice potato- bread/ loaf. Mixed wheat bread with 7% potato content.

Zutaten: Weizenmehl 47%, Wasser, Roggenmehl, Kartoffelflocken, Natursaugerteig (Wasser, Roggenmehl, Roggenvollkornmehl), Hefe, Speisesalz, Welzengluten, Maisgries, Gerstenröstmalz, Säureregulator, Calciumacetat, Karamell, Emulgator, Rapslecithin, Säuerungsmittel Milchsäure. Kann spuren von Schalenfrüchten enthalten.
